Lessons from the Trenches

Going through a dark phase changes people, but it also lets us conceptualise things differently both about ourselves and the people around and how we want them to engage with us as we go through the lowest moments. I recorded this as a reflection of some of the things that provided me light when I needed it, and hope it's something you resonate with or can learn from.
